The Mobile Bend-Mate system empowers one person to setup, operate and finish a job faster than ever. All bending shoes, follow bars, U-Straps and pump are integrated into a single unique design – even the hydraulic hoses are pre-installed and routed – to optimize setup and teardown time on the job site. The Long Stroke Ultra Eegor Hydraulic Bender bends 2.5 inch to 4 inch Rigid, Rigid aluminum, EMT and IMC conduit and the 30 ton 28 inch stroke cylinder is capable of making 90 degree bends in one pass. Redesigned bend labels offer easy readability and reference. Hydraulic power ensures the smoothest bends without deformations to the conduit and the double-acting cylinder offers rapid retraction, regardless of hose lengths and system losses. Improved shoes and follow bars reduce conduit kinking during bending. Constant radii follow bars eliminate the need for special calculations and conduit is automatically stripped free from the shoe during the return cycle virtually eliminating extra labor or damaged conduit. Package includes a GB Z-Class P408S Double-Acting Electric Pump. Z-Class pumps run cooler, use less electricity, and are easier to service than conventional pumps. Engineered to reduce the number of moving parts, improve flow dynamics and decrease friction this pump stays on the job longer and requires less energy to operate. Features a 1.7HP Motor, Back-Lit LCD display and Pendant Control. Finally, the Mobile Bend-Mate Table makes it easy to move the unit from one location to the next with four heavy duty swivel casters that pivot in any direction and lock securely. The entire system fits just about anywhere sliding through doorways as narrow as 32 inches. Built-in forklift pockets on all four sides provide immediate access for lifting and loading. At the end of the work day, the Mobile Bend-Mate Table’s lockable bars quickly secure shoes, follow bars, pump and bender for overnight storage on-site.
